The window

Write to us within seven days of delivery and we'll arrange a return or exchange. Pieces should be unused and in their original packaging.

If something arrives broken, send us a photograph within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund you in full — no return shipping required.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within seven working days of the piece reaching us.
